• All offers and rewards pertaining to the BTV Community Week (double BTV points & Online Exclusive store refund) are only applicable during promotion period from 9th Dec to 15th Dec 2024.
• An active TVC account is required to participate in the BTV Community Week.
• BTV points are awarded to the final amount paid, after discounts, taxes and shipping fees (if any).
• Returns for products purchased during BTV Community Week will be issued in the form of store credits.
• Seven winners will be chosen at random from online store purchases during promotion week to be refunded for 7 days during the promotional period.
