• Promotion is valid from 18 September - 31 October 2026 while personalisation slots last.
• Complimentary embroidery personalisation is available for any Crunch Carryall, excluding the Crunch Carryall 0.1
• Embroidery would only applicable for the Crunch Carryall Series and does not include the bags from the Canvas Carryall - Special Edition Series.
• Customers may select 2 letters or 1 motif from the available options.
• Please allow for 5-15 working days for all embroidery orders.
• As each piece is personalised, embroidered items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• All embroidery will be in uppercase, with a fixed font size and style in our Engineer Blue colour for a clean, considered finish.
• Once your embroidery is confirmed, no changes can be made after.
