You can return any items (some exceptions apply*) within 30 days of purchase in exchange for BTV Shopping Credits. You may return your items only once, and credits will be valid for a year from the date of issue! To be eligible for a return, items should be unwashed, with hangtags still securely fastened.

Exchanges are processed in the same way as returns.

Sale items and purchases made using selected discount codes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
