We're committed to making good design accessible to all. If the items you've ordered are not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered.

Take your pieces for a spin in front of the mirror! You've got some time for try ons, confidently knowing you can return or exchange any item (some exceptions apply) for any reason within 30 days. We just ask for items to be unwashed, with hangtags still securely fastened. 

For urgent exchanges & returns, make your way to the Design Store or BTV Funan and the BTV Crew will be happy to help!

If not, feel free to head to www.beyondthevines.com/a/return to complete your return!

Here's how it goes:

  1. Submit your return request
  2. The Crew will take a couple of days to review your return
  3. You'll receive an email notifying that the return is approved
  4. Mail your items to The BTV Studio or drop them off at BTV Design Store or BTV Funan within 7 days 
  5. The Crew will process your returns and process your refund once we've checked that everything is in place

Please note that all sale items, socks, face masks, drinkware, and stationery are not eligible for returns or exchanges. You may only return your items once, and store credits are valid for a year from date of return.
