RETURNS

Take your pieces for a spin in front of the mirror! You've got some time for try ons, confidently knowing you can return or exchange any item (some exceptions apply) for any reason within 30 days. We just ask for items to be unwashed, with hangtags still securely fastened. Your return will be processed as BTV Shopping Credits equivalent to the purchase price, and will last a year from being issued!

All exchanges are processed in the same way as returns.

Here's how it goes:

  1. Submit your return request in the link above.
  2. Keep a lookout for an email letting you know your return request has been approved!
  3. Go ahead to pack your return items securely and label the outside of your parcel with your BTV order number. Ship your returns to the address indicated in your return request approval within 7 days.  All return shipping charges will be bourne by the customer.
  4. Wait for the Crew's email letting you know that your return has been received. Look out for your BTV Shopping Credits to arrive in your email inbox.

We are unable to process returns on all sale items, socks, eye masks, face masks, drinkware, stationery, and personalised products. All purchase with purchases orders will have to be returned as an order. You may only return your items once, and store credits are valid for a year from date of return.

All purchases made using the Store to Door method, purchasing from our stores in Singapore to be shipped to home addresses cannot be mailed to us for a return, they must be returned to the store that they were bought within 30 days and with all hang tags in tact.
